Who We Are

Our mission is to positively impact communities, build and empower people, and inspire innovation.

The Rosendin Foundation was formed in 2020 as a 501 (c)(3) charitable corporation to act as the charitable arm of Rosendin Holdings for which all charitable giving would be centralized or guided through. This includes Rosendin Electric, Inc. (Rosendin) and Modular Power Solutions (MPS). Although the corporation is based in San Jose, California, the Foundation provides funding to non-profit organizations across the United States.

The Rosendin Foundation also serves as a catalyst to encourage and expand the philanthropic endeavors of Rosendin Holdings and its affiliates’ employees.

In reflection on 2023, The Rosendin Foundation’s staff and volunteers not only met but exceeded all expectations. We carried out our mission to positively impact our community, build and empower people, and inspire innovation in amazing new ways by implementing programming and growing our service days and grant-giving. We am so proud of our community-building efforts because by coming together, we used the power of the collective to advance our industry to new heights. We fully lived our core values of We Care, We Share, We Listen, We Excel, We Innovate, and We are Thankful.

In reflection on 2022, it is amazing to see how much we have accomplished in such a short time. Our volunteers and staff did amazing as they carried out our mission to positively impact communities, build and empower people, and inspire innovation. We lived our core values of we care, we share, we listen, we excel, we innovate, and we are thankful.

In 2021 after a successful formation and launch in 2020, The Rosendin Foundation more than doubled their charitable donations through a combination of emergency and annual grants for a total community give of $498,000 with an additional $4,000 in-kind donations.

Since our start in 2020, the needs have grown in our communities. As that need grows, The Rosendin Foundation will be there to positively impact our communities, build and empower people, and inspire innovation.

"Through free education, peer-led programs, advocacy, and resource connection, NAMI Clackamas works every day to improve the quality of life for individuals and families across the community. That mission is especially meaningful for people who have too often been met first by punishment instead of care. Since early 2024, NAMI Clackamas has been providing a program called Blueprint for Wellness (BPW) for adults in custody in the Clackamas County Jail. Thanks in part to funding from The Rosendin Foundation, NAMI Clackamas has been able to launch both a women-only peer support group in the jail and a post-release peer support group. This project has been a resounding success and is making a BIG difference in the lives of our underserved population, both in jail and after their release. We look forward to working with The Rosendin Foundation to continue to sustain and enhance services for our Adults in Custody."
