Emergency Grants: February 2025

In February, we distributed four Emergency Grants of $5,000 each to the Boys & Girls Club of Pasadena, Hill Country Community Action Association, Project Angel Food, and Westside Food Bank.
About Boys & Girls Club of Pasadena
The mission of the Boys & Girls Club of Pasadena is to enable all young people, especially those who need us most, to reach their full potential as productive, caring, healthy and responsible citizens.
“The Boys & Girls Club of Pasadena is so grateful for this grant from the Rosendin Foundation. With their support, we are able to provide access to urgent mental health services to Club kids, families, and staff. Our Club community is dealing with profound loss as we recover from the devastating Eaton Fire, and this grant will greatly support our journey of healing together,”
Anne Lee, Vice President of Development of the Boys & Girls Club of Pasadena.
About Hill Country Community Action Association
Hill Country Community Action is dedicated to providing opportunities and resources to improve the lives of low-income children and families and the elderly in Central Texas. The grant funds support senior citizens in Temple, TX who are a part of their Meals on Wheels program.
About Project Angel Food
Project Angel Food provides home-delivered medically tailored meals and nutrition services to critically ill residents of Los Angeles County. The emergency grant allows Project Angel Food to continue their services to residents impacted by the California Wildfires.
About Westside Food Bank
Westside Food Bank’s mission is to end hunger in our communities by providing free, nutritious food through food acquisition and distribution, engaging the community, and advocating for a strong food assistance network.
“We are incredibly grateful to The Rosendin Foundation for their generous support during this critical time. This $5,000 emergency assistance grant will help us provide essential food assistance to those impacted by the recent wildfires in West Los Angeles County. With their partnership, we can ensure that our neighbors facing hardship receive the nourishment and support they need.”
